Mantra singing (chanting) opens the heart and makes love flow within.
The mantras are in Sanskrit, a magic old language born in India thousands of years ago.
You don’t need religion and or a beautiful singing voice to chant.
Just be in a circle of oneness and the sounds will take you towards the truth.
You are LOVE..
Throughout all realms of experience “that essential nature” illuminating existence is the adorable one.
May all beings percieve through subtle and meditative intellect the magnificent brilliance of enlightened awareness.
This mantra represents the five elements: earth, water, fire, air, space
It leads awareness in the reverse order from manifestation back to the source from which manifestation arose.
According to Hindu mythology there are three gods who run this creation:
Brahma: creator of the universe & Vishnu: perserver of the universe & Shiva: destroyer of the universe
Among the three deities, though considered as destroyer, Shiva also symbolises the innner self which remains intact even after everything ends.
Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu
Om Shanti Shanti Shant
May all beings be happy in all the worlds be happy
Peace, Peace, Peace be everywhere
Mantra of Joy & Bliss
Krishna is the most popular God of Hundu religion.
Krishna and Rama, or Radha, are the devine manifestation of the sacred union of masculine and feminine.
“O energy of Krishna, all attractive one, o supreme enjoyer, please engage me in your service.”
From ‘The Bhagavad Gita, as it is’ , the battlefield conversation between Krishna and his friend Arjuna,
the primary spiritual text from India and an introduction to the Vedas, by His Devine Grace A.C. Bhaktivendanta Swami Prabhupada,
Thanks to my dear friend Krishna Das Bosch who guided me into Krishna consciousness (ISKCON)
and gave his voice to the Hare Krishna mantra recording on my CD..
Liberation mantra, a spiritual formula for attaining freedom.
Salutations to the indweller who is omnipresent, omnipotent, immortal and devine. It frees our minds and spirits from negative patterns in this life.
Om Shree Dhanvantra Namaha
I bow to my children Davey and Estllen who are my most important Gurus. They taught me unconditional love.
And sprecial thanks to Estelle who gave her voice to sing this song with me on the CD.
Mantra free to choose.
There are 108 major nadis energy channels that meet in the ‘sacred heart’.
Choose one you like and repeat it 108 times holding a mala in your hands.
The main thing is to be focused when you chant and enjoy each repetition to the fullest by being as present as you can.
My favorite mantra to repeat a 108 times is the remover of obstacles (Ganesha)
Om Gum Ganapathaye Namaha
In the light of love we are home
